Originally from the vibrant Washington D.C. metro area, Erin graduated from the esteemed College of Charleston, further enriching her understanding of the local market dynamics. Her journey in the industry began working behind the Real Estate scene for a Settlement attorney in Reston, VA. In 2007, Erin joined Daniel Island Real Estate as an Apprentice to a Broker Associate, where she honed her skills working alongside custom home builders and assisting residential buyers and sellers nationwide.
In 2010, Erin took her career in real estate to new heights by joining Keller Williams Realty, a renowned and highly respected agency. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and professional development, Erin eagerly embraced the opportunity to enhance her skills and knowledge through a series of comprehensive training courses offered by Keller Williams Realty.
During the challenging times of the global financial crisis, Erin demonstrated her resourcefulness and compassion by actively seeking opportunities to assist homeowners facing the threat of foreclosure. Recognizing the changing dynamics of the market, Erin worked as a paralegal for a prominent foreclosure defense attorney in Mount Pleasant, SC and was on a mission to negotiate short sales and loan modifications, ultimately saving hundreds of homeowners from the devastating consequences of foreclosure. Erin possesses a unique perspective on the legal aspects of real estate transactions. This knowledge has proven invaluable in navigating complex deals and ensuring her clients' best interests are always protected.
In 2013, Erin embraced a new challenge when her husband's job led them to Knoxville, TN. During her time there, she excelled as a Property Manager at Trotter and Company, overseeing commercial real estate portfolios, managing office administration, and spearheading projects, including up-fits and build-outs. Her diverse experience added a comprehensive skill set to her already impressive repertoire.
Returning to Charleston in 2016, Erin joined Radekopf & Associates, a reputable Residential and Commercial Real Estate Firm, before landing at Island House Real Estate in 2020.
In November of 2023, Erin earned her Brokers License and has since opened her own Brokerage, Ever Haus Properties, LLC. Her commitment to excellence and extensive knowledge of the local market makes Erin stand out among the rest. Beyond her professional achievements, Erin is deeply involved in her community. She volunteers her time with Habitat for Humanity, contributing to the betterment of her beloved Charleston. She is also a member of the East Cooper Top Producers Club and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). In her leisure moments, she loves embarking on enriching travel adventures with her husband, Martin, and their delightful 2-year-old daughter, Quinn Everly.
