Erin was recommended to us by two separate parties that had no connection to each other at all. It was either a small-world coincidence or Erin was good at what she does, and the word was out. After going through the home-buying process, it became apparent it was the latter. We were out-of-state buyers and she educated us and held our hand through the entire process. Erin has this unique trait of being able to be persistent without being annoying. Probably has to do with her knowing what she is talking about and her kind nature. I had to tell her multiple time throughout the process, and still today, that’s not necessary. She goes above and beyond what is expected from a real estate agent. You will probably grow especially close with your agent during the selling/buying process. Make sure it is someone you trust, feel good about, and have good energy. Erin was that person for us.
