About Lucia Lang

Lucia Lang grew up in a historic home in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Similar to Charleston, West Chester is a picturesque community that offers small-town charm with a vibrant lifestyle, so Lucia was immediately drawn to the Holy City when she visited for the first time in 2005. Lucia attended the College of Charleston and graduated with a degree in Business Administration. During her time at the College she fell in love with the city’s culture, beauty, climate, and lifestyle. After she graduated, she began a career in marketing and product development in NYC.

After a decade in the business sector, Lucia moved back to Charleston in 2019 and ultimately and decided to pursue her passion for real estate. With a strong connection to Charleston and understanding of the local market, along with her business skills and negotiation techniques, she was able to seamlessly transition into the role of an agent. Lucia is knowledgeable and professional with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. She guides clients through the buying and selling process with ease and efficiency and offers a long list of trusted partners from lenders to attorneys to contractors. She is a fierce advocate for her clients in any situation, making her an ideal partner and exceptional resource for achieving her clients’ goals. Her favorite part of being in real estate is finding her clients their dream homes and witnessing their joy and excitement at the final walk-through and closing!
