Meet Sarah
Sarah Chalk has been a Charleston resident for over 25 years and considers herself a local! She is originally from the English countryside but relocated to Mount Pleasant with her husband in 1996 for his work. Her three children were born here giving her a wealth of knowledge of the local area and an invaluable network. Sarah has diverse cultural experience and understands the demands of moving to a new house internationally. She has lived and travelled throughout Europe, Africa and the US.
Sarah has had experience buying, renovating, and selling rental properties in the Low Country, experiencing first-hand knowledge of the real estate process. Sarah volunteers her time at Saint Peters Anglican church where she’s involved in the Soul in the City, VBS and various ongoing community outreach.
Sarah graduated from the University of Paisley, Scotland with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Combined Studies/ Business Management and from the University of Glasgow earning a Master of Science. Before coming on board with Ever Haus Properties, Sarah was with a Radekopf & Associates for 6 years and has experience buying/selling residential, rural, urban and lot real estate. She has taken many first-time buyers competently through the process and has worked with veterans.
